Full of excuses one way or another (used the weather floods that occurred 2 weeks after initial pickup). If they have same day service I wouldn't believe it. One 9x12, and two 8x10's will cost $263 ($240 w/mil discount) - when I was previously quoted $139. Made 4 appointments that were just gaffed off. "I don't have a real good excuse" was literally told to me 3x times. Then made appt with the wife for 29 April and still a no show. Called twice to get my rugs back, but voicemail was full.
